Amrapali & Venus Realtors Have Come Together To Develop The Commercial Project On Sindhu Bhawan Road (SBR)
Ahmedabad realtors the Amrapali and Venus group have came together to develop a retail-cum-office project on 15,000 square feet plot, worth for Rs 400 crore on the posh Sindhu Bhawan Road (SBR) in Ahmedabad.
With the news “The whole land is bought by Yashwant Thakkar of the Amrapali Group on the Sindhu Bhawan Road.
Both the realtor groups will be developing a commercial project into three- level plan (ground plus two floors) retail space. The project falls under R-2 zone where about only 1.8 FSI (floor space index) is allowed to work on.
With the costliest deal the price on on the SBR ranges from Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 2.8 lakh per square yard. The land on internal roads along the SBR is around Rs 1.85 lakh per square yard. During ready for sale of the commercial building, the ground floor will cost for Rs 30,000 per sq ft, the first floor price would range from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per sq ft and the second floor will quote for Rs 8,000 to Rs 12,000 per sq ft.
G+2 premium retail space is now trending at the present where other builders are working on it. With the demand in the commercial-retail space SBR and Ambli-Bopal road have a high demand in the commercial-retail space.
