The Hubballi-Dharwad Urban Development Authority (HDUDA) has come up with a decision to end the dangerous threats of illegal layouts within the two urban cities.
Before August 20th, all official authorities are requested to submit the detailed survey report with action taken on illegal layouts from the Hubballi-Dharwad.
Nagesh Kalaburgi the chairman of HUDA has instructed all officials to conduct and lead the survey of illegal layouts effectively and submit the report, as a result the authorities have conducted a survey which led in identification of 57 illegal layouts. Hence action was initiated against them.
The owners of illegal layouts with fearing on action requested some time for producing their documents on which the action was then temporarily kept on hold.
He also stated, “When we initiated action for 57 illegal layouts in Hubballi-Dharwad, around 42 layout owners mentioned requesting time for quite a while. As after the submission of application, no one has outfitted documents of their layouts. While now we have decided to take severe action before that once again officials have been asked to submit overview of the report. After getting a detailed survey report with completion of all legal and technical formalities stern action will be initiated for the same.
