DLF Limited’s 10 Year Old Dispute Have Been Resolved With TIDCO
With last restrictions over DLF Ltd, the 10 year old dispute has now been resolved with TIDCO for developing IT Park 26.64 acre at Taramani. As it is adjoining to the American Worldwide College, on the Velachery-Taramani street.
With the envisaged scope of creating 2.5 million sq ft of IT SEZ space, the DLF Ltd company could now develop six million sq ft, thanking to the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules whic offer scope for higher premium FSI of 4.87 for developers.
The company left out the opportunity to construct 2.5 million sq ft IT/ITES SEZ project, which was the first plan where TIDCO has raised global tender in 2008. The state government has now provided the forward work to DLF for constructing minimum of 2.5 million sq ft IT/ITES Park in the upcoming 18 months.
DLF Limited also has a freehold for constructing not only an IT/ITES Park, but as well as malls, as hotels, besides other commercial-purpose buildings.
